Questions about plans and billing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Choose Starter or Pro in Settings, Plan and usage at any point in the 7 days, and your projects, connections and history carry over unchanged. Until a plan is chosen, every figure stays readable and syncing pauses.
Is the price a percentage of our bill?
No. Each plan is a fixed price that covers spend up to its limit, so a busy month never changes what you pay. Organizations beyond Pro move to Enterprise, priced per contract.
How are Starter and Pro billed?
By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly, per organization. A year costs ten months, so two are free. Tax is added where it applies, you can add your tax ID to every invoice, and invoices and receipts are kept in the billing portal.
How is Enterprise billed?
By invoice, monthly or yearly, on the terms in your order. Write to sales@costreveal.com to set it up.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, at any time in the billing portal: switch plans, move between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Stripe prorates the difference. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period paid for.
