We treat a wrong figure as an outage. Money is exact, estimates are labelled, and every total reconciles.
Written first
Decisions, designs and trade offs are written down, so anyone can read why something is the way it is.
Secure by default
Isolation, least privilege and an honest audit trail are part of every feature, not a later hardening pass.
Plain language
In the product, the docs and with each other. If a finance lead cannot follow it, it is not finished.
